About Dr. Kayla Ruschkowski

Dr. Ruschkowski is originally from Regina, Saskatchewan. After attaining a diploma in community development and a bachelor's degree from the University of Saskatchewan, she went on to receive her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. She was inspired to pursue naturopathic medicine as a result of her volunteer work at a preventive health clinic. In her practice, she combines her passions for preventive care, botanical medicine, nutrition, evidence-based medicine, and medical aesthetics.
